SiTime is an application for collecting the hours worked by all the collaborators of a company.
It is possible to customize the details of the information entered by defining two levels of grouping (project and causal) and the type of activity (work or non-work) thus archiving a basic data that can be aggregated at will.
The "time recording" module allows you to simultaneously view the performance of a week (Monday-Sunday) of the selected month, with graphic evidence of the holidays defined in the calendar associated with the employee and any anomalies (logical inconsistencies or input errors) present in each individual day and for each week of the selected month. For each day, it is also possible to insert a descriptive note (not mandatory), indicating whether the activities were carried out under Smart Working or on a business trip.
The "expense reimbursement" module allows you to integrate information relating to travel expenses. The type of expenses and any flat-rate reimbursements can be defined by the system administrator using the configuration module functions.
The "budget" module finally allows you to manage the association between users and projects with the indication of the monthly hours planned for each of them. The deviation of the actual charges compared to the budget forecasts is highlighted in real time in the time recording mask.
It is possible to define a custom approval workflow of the monthly report to automate the sending of hours to the administrative office (for invoicing customers) and to the payroll office (for processing monthly pay slips). The export to Excel of data and the creation of ad hoc reports for analysis by management control are completely customizable.
